END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your use of this software constitutes acceptance of this EULA and all its terms. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the software creator.

2. INTENDED USE

This software is a security testing tool designed for authorized penetration testing, security research, and authorized security assessments ONLY. It is NOT intended for malicious use, unauthorized access, or any illegal activities.

The software is specifically designed for:

• Authorized penetration testing engagements
• Security research and analysis
• Authorized security assessments
• Educational purposes with proper authorization

3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You represent and warrant that:

• You have explicit written permission to test the target systems
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• You understand the potential impact of data exfiltration activities
• You will not use this software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• You have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations

4. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the software creators, developers, distributors, and service providers (collectively 'Providers') from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of this software, including but not limited to any violation of this EULA, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranties that the software will meet your requirements

• Warranties regarding the results obtained from using the software

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse engineer the binary
• Analyzing the software's internal workings
• Replicating or copying the software's functionality
• Attempting to bypass any security measures
• Sharing or distributing modified versions
• Creating derivative works
• Extracting source code or algorithms

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

You acknowledge that this software contains proprietary and confidential information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any technical details, algorithms, or methodologies discovered through use of this software.

9. TERMINATION

Your license to use this software terminates immediately if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
